Main point of contact for all client relationships and services. Develops strong and trusted relationships with Supply Chain customers through proactive and timely communications. Initiates business development opportunities and manages invoicing and CRM database management.

  • Manage high volume of customer emails/calls to ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution
  • Provide timely project status and review meetings with customers
  • Develop new business opportunities in every customer interaction
  • Coordinate calls, meetings and communications between management and customers
  • Validate and qualify new customers before referring to the appropriate sales manager


Qualifications

Qualifications



  • Bachelors in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of Supply Chain
  • Proven success in time management, organization skills, multi-tasking
  • Proven accountability for results and building strong relationship
