Paul Morgan comes with deep and extensive experience from the maritime industry having worked with Carnival Corporation as VP of Maritime Compliance and VP Maritime Policy and Analysis. Before transferring to Carnival Corporation Paul held several positions at Princess Cruises including VP Maritime Compliance, Director Environmental Compliance, Director Marine and Safety Manager.

VIKAND is focusing on supporting the maritime industry with the increased complexity following the COVID-19 challenges. Anticipating a much more regulated environment increasingly focusing on procedures and policies, VIKAND will transfer best Practices related to compliance, document management, public health and COVID-19 management from the Cruise industry into the global maritime industry including Cruise and Ferry, Mega Yacht Market, Commercial Shipping Industry, the Energy Segment and the global Fishing Industry.
