Contact & Consultation

If a serious medical event occurs onboard, clients reach out to our medical case management team to evaluate the situation and its response management needs.

Assessment & Response

After we have taken time to fully understand the case and its requirements, we develop a tailored action plan based on the unique needs of the patient and operator.

Case Management

Our team collaborates with port agents, manning agents, P&I Clubs, travel companies and shipboard teams to provide optimal care for the injured or ill party. We also work closely with shoreside providers to oversee intake, triage, reporting and more.

Updates & Outcomes

Case managers stay in constant communication, keeping all parties informed with regular updates and reports. We provide medical escort services as needed for repatriation and ongoing care.
