I have read the Passenger Medical Records Privacy Policy and consent to Vikand’s receipt, use, sharing and storage of the medical records for the purpose of review prior to embarkation. By submitting passenger medical records, G Adventure agrees that data is administered by Vikand for this purpose for a period of 7 years.

This consent can be withdrawn at anytime by submitted a written request to info@vikand.com.
