Tom brings to VIKAND unparalleled experience, most recently as Vice President of Hotel Operations at Silversea Cruises, including managing the integration team between Royal Caribbean and Silversea after the Royal acquisition. Previously, Tom served as Corporate Director of Operational Excellence with Celebrity Cruises with direct involvement in the modernization of the fleet. Tom’s cruise industry experience is complemented by his successful hospitality career, primarily with Hyatt Hotels, overseeing corporate and property hotel operations.

Tom is an avid outdoorsman, relishing time hiking, camping, and running. Time with family and travel are his passions. Tom also volunteers at local food banks and feels strongly that it is important to give back to his community.
